Early sunrise yoga on the Ganga bank. Breakfast, then explore Rishikesh's famous temples, ashrams, and the iconic Laxman Jhula suspension bridge. Evening sound healing session.

River Rafting + Riverside Camping
Today is pure adventure! Grade 3–4 white water rafting on a 24km stretch of the Ganga (Shivpuri to Rishikesh). Cliff jumping optional. Evening at riverside campsite — bonfire, music, stargazing.
- 6:30 AM: Yoga session at campsite
- 9:00 AM: Gear up for rafting at Shivpuri
- 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM: 24km white-water rafting
- Optional: Cliff jumping at Marine Drive
- 2:00 PM: Lunch at camp
- 4:00 PM: Beach volleyball, swimming
- 7:00 PM: Campfire, music, BBQ dinner under stars
Haridwar Day Trip + Bungee (Optional)
Drive to Haridwar for darshan at Har Ki Pauri and Mansa Devi Temple. Return to Rishikesh. Optional bungee jumping (83m — India's highest fixed platform bungee) at Jumpin Heights.
Final Yoga Session — Depart Refreshed
Last sunrise yoga session by the Ganga. Mindful breakfast. Check out and transfer to Haridwar or Rishikesh station/airport. Leave with a lighter soul and a full heart.

Yes! Our 24km rafting route (Shivpuri to Rishikesh) is suitable for all beginners. You receive a full safety briefing, life jackets, helmets, and are accompanied by certified, experienced river guides throughout. Minimum age is 14 years.
Absolutely not! Our yoga sessions cater to all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The instructor customizes the session based on the group's ability. Just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind.
Rishikesh is beautiful year-round. Feb–May is perfect for yoga retreats (mild weather). Sept–Nov is ideal for rafting (rivers are full post-monsoon, weather is crisp). Dec–Jan can be cold but magical. July–Aug has monsoons — rafting may be restricted.
Bungee jumping is an optional add-on at ₹3,500 per person extra. Jumpin Heights operates India's highest fixed platform bungee at 83m. Age: 18+ years; Weight: 45–110kg. Advance booking recommended as slots fill fast.
